Pesto Chicken Burger

    A juicy, herb-seasoned chicken breast with pesto, parmesan, and truffle aioli.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 tbsp Gaviola Garlic & Herb Seasoning
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp pesto
    • 1 tomato, sliced
    • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shaved
    • 1 cup arugula
    • 2 tbsp truffle aioli
    • 2 burger buns

    Instructions:

    1. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and Gaviola Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
    2. Grill over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
    3. Toast burger buns and spread truffle aioli on both sides.
    4. Place arugula on the bottom bun, then top with the grilled chicken breast.
    5. Spread pesto over the chicken and add sliced tomatoes and parmesan shavings.
    6. Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot with a side of crispy fries or a fresh salad.

    Seared Chicken Burger

    A simple yet flavourful seared chicken burger with fresh toppings.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 tbsp Gaviola Garlic & Herb Seasoning
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tomato, sliced
    • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shaved
    • 1 cup arugula
    • 2 tbsp truffle aioli
    • 2 burger buns

    Instructions:

    1. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and Gaviola Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
    2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
    3. Toast burger buns and spread truffle aioli on both sides.
    4. Place arugula on the bottom bun, then add the seared chicken breast.
    5. Top with sliced tomato and shaved parmesan.
    6. Close with the top bun and serve with a side of roasted potatoes or coleslaw.

    Instructions:

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Toss vegetables with olive oil and Gaviola Garlic & Herb Seasoning.

    Spread evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.

    Roast for 30-40 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden and tender.
