Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee or espresso
- 1 tbsp Maple Sugar
- ½ cup steamed milk
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Method
- Stir the Maple Sugar into the hot coffee.
- Top with steamed milk.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Maple Sugar Roasted Nuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp Maple Sugar
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Toss the nuts with the melted butter, Maple Sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp Maple Sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Method
- Mix the Maple Sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic.
- Brush over the salmon and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe plums, sliced
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp Maple Sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Combine the plums, berries, Maple Sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes, until the fruit softens and releases its juices.
- Stir in the vanilla and serve warm.
