  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Island Spice Blend

Instructions:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tbsp butter

  • You can also add a slice of ham if you wish to make a delicious cheese and ham toastie
  • Sprinkle of Island Spice Blend

Instructions:

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice, butter-side down, in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add cheese and a sprinkle of Island Spice Blend.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve hot and gooey!
